RB Leipzig Announces New Player: Angeliño
RB Leipzig has announced the signing of Angeliño from Mexican club Santos Laguna.
The 24-year-old winger is expected to make his debut for the Bundesliga side in their upcoming match against Werder Bremen on Saturday.
Angeliño made a name for himself during his time at Santos, where he scored 15 goals and provided eight assists in 39 games across all competitions.
He was also named the best player in Mexico's Liga MX last season after scoring six goals and providing four assists in 26 matches.
Angeliño will join RB Leipzig on loan until the end of the season, with an option to purchase him permanently at the end of the campaign.
The Brazilian winger joins RB Leipzig after impressing in the Bundesliga this season, scoring five goals and providing three assists in 18 appearances.
He will be hoping to continue his impressive form and help RB Leipzig challenge for a top-four finish this season.
